How to Appeal

• Wait until your appeal cooldown has expired in this case 2 days or 4 days if you have already made a first appeal.
• Click on ‘Start an Appeal’.
• Wait until a staff member decides on your appeal.

How we evaluate your appeal

• Your appeal should be well structured and readable.
• Really show that you regret what you have done.
• Try to write something, don't just try to write 1 sentence.
• Be friendly or professional, but never angry or upset with our team.

Additional information

• If you do not know the reason for your ban, contact a staff member.
• Temporary bans of less than 3 days cannot be appealed, unless the ban is unfair.
• Waiting times before you can appeal a ban
